Public Offer (Contract of Sale)

1. General provisions

This document is the official public proposal (offer) of Individual entrepreneur Yuliia Valeriivna Kolmykova to conclude a contract of sale on the terms set out below, pursuant to Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The contract is deemed concluded once the Seller confirms the order.

The producer is NSC "V. Ye. Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking" of NAAS of Ukraine and SE "RF Tairovske" (Odesa region, Tairove). The Seller is not the producer and is responsible for proper handover of the goods and their accompanying documents.

4. The goods

• The goods are wines bred by the V. Ye. Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking, as listed in the site catalogue.
• Description, laboratory values, vintage and volume are given on each item page.
• Bottle images on the site are schematic illustrations in true 0.75 L proportions, not photographs of a particular lot.
• Awards are stated only where a competition record is available. An item without such a mark either has no awards or they are unverified.
• Availability is limited to the stock shown in the catalogue at the time of ordering.

5. Price and payment

• Prices are shown in hryvnia and include VAT and all mandatory levies.
• Prices in euro and US dollars are given for reference only, at the National Bank of Ukraine rate; the line under the amount states whether the rate is live, cached or a fallback. Settlement is in hryvnia.
• The final order amount is determined by the Seller from the catalogue at the moment of confirmation. If the amount shown in the cart differs from the calculated one, the order is not placed and the buyer is asked to confirm the new amount.
• Payment is by bank card online or on receipt, depending on the delivery method chosen.

6. Delivery and pickup

Tariffs are effective from 27 August 2026 and are reviewed by 31 December 2026. Delivery time is agreed when the order is confirmed.

7. Returns and exchange

The buyer may refuse goods of proper quality within 14 days of handover, provided the presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels are intact and the proof of purchase is retained (Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection").

⚠ Statutory limitation: alcoholic beverages of proper quality may not be exchanged or returned once their packaging has been opened or broken. This does not limit your rights regarding goods of improper quality.

Goods of improper quality (breakage, closure defect, discrepancy with labelling) are replaced or refunded within 14 days of the claim. Funds are returned by the same method as the payment was made.

8. Liability

• The Seller is responsible for conformity of the goods to their description, for proper documentation and for safeguarding the buyer personal data.
• The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided and for confirming their age.
• The Seller is not liable for consequences of inaccurate data provided by the buyer, nor for non-performance caused by force majeure (hostilities, power outages, decisions of public authorities).

9. Dispute resolution

The parties resolve disputes by negotiation. A pre-court claim is sent to to be confirmed and is considered within 30 calendar days. Failing agreement, the dispute is resolved in court under the laws of Ukraine.
