Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI. For visitors from the EU we also follow the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

We do not collect health data, political opinions, religious beliefs or other special categories. We do not collect device geolocation. We do not buy databases from third parties.
3. Age verification
Access to the site and placing an order require confirmation that you are 18 or older. The confirmation flag is stored in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers.
Final age verification happens at the moment of handover: the courier or pickup point staff may ask for identification. Without it the goods are not handed over, and any payment is refunded less delivery costs.
4. Who we share data with
- The delivery service — name, phone and address, no more than is needed to hand over the order.
- The Tavria V pickup point — name and order number.
- The bank and payment provider — amount and payment purpose. We never see or store your card details: they are entered on the bank side.
- Tax authorities — as part of mandatory reporting.
We do not sell and do not pass your data to advertising networks, data brokers or any other third parties.
5. How long we keep it

7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Browser local storage is used for two things only: the age confirmation flag and the contents of your cart. Both stay on your device.
Where the House of Groznov self-hosted analytics (Umami) is enabled, it runs without cookies and collects no data by which a person could be identified.
8. Security

- access to the order register is limited to authorised staff of the Seller;
- keys and passwords live in encrypted storage and never enter the site code.
No system is absolutely secure. In the event of a breach posing a high risk to your rights we will notify you and the Commissioner without undue delay.
9. Changes to this policy
The current revision is always published at this address with its date. We announce material changes on the site home page. Continued use of the site after a new revision takes effect means acceptance of it.
